Also all the remaining tomatoes that show at least some yellowing, they have a good chance of post-ripening in my "gas chamber" (bowl covered by towel with a quince added in), won't of course taste as great as ripened on plant in summer, but will be alright as sauce
Remaining quinces are cooking for jelly right now
