a pipe that big is obviously made to have a huge amount of water flowing through at least some of the time.
it would be nice to have some assurance that they arent going to open up the drainage to the reservoir and pump that pipe full of water while your in there.
dont mean to be paranoid, i'd just be a little nervous about that unless i knew pretty sure one way or another
