First time in the mountains I went with a friend and his old cotton canvas Fjällräven tent from like the 70s. After that I got a proper fucking tent that's easy to set up and doesn't blow away.
Regular sleeping pads suck and not comfy at all.
Tired of trying to make a pillow of clothes I got that pillow and it's pretty comfy.
Pricey, not super light but not so heavy. Secure and comfy.
