Probably all of the guns you listed are good but I would echo the suggestions for a Tikka. Look a bit into rifle weight and recoil and pack weight and have a think about what you want to end up with.
Before you go hunting you need to spend a lot of time at the range with your rifle until you are very confident you can reliably hit vitals on the first shot. There is also field dressing (if you don’t do this the meat will cook and spoil partially, best to cool it off ASAP) and scouting. It’s a very rewarding thing if you can succeed at it though so best of luck to you and anyone else trying.
