I own a plot of land in the interior of BC and nothing makes me more upset then when i drive up to camp and i see trespassers have littered,cut down my trees,or Hunt my game (although i dont hunt but i allow my friends to).
It is a nice spot for camping and if people ask me if they can use it i am more than willing but when strangers just use it for what ever it bothers me, especially in the summer with wild fires i really do worry about people who dont know much burning down my peace of earth.
And btw just because you own land doesnt mean you are rich.
