I planted some bell pepper seeds 5-6 weeks ago and the ones that survived are stuck like this. I've been checking on them every couple of days but absolutely jack shit is happening. They're getting sun in the mornings (until about 3-4 when they start getting shaded by trees), they've got enough water, and they're not drowning. What the hell.
I live in Zone 9b so if they got any more sun they'd burn to a crisp, which is why I planted them where they get shaded later.
