In February (yes during that polar vortex bullshit), I explored the old Packard Plant and met a white guy (I'd say in his 60s) who asked me if I needed help. He said he had been living in the abandoned buildings for years and gave me his business card. He was nice and his name is Allan Hill.

Detroit is getting better do to hipsters and college students, so you'll have to go around the outskirts to see cool shit. Check out the Heidlberg Project, too if you're into weird art stuff.
