I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Smoking Plum Pudding after smoking Elizabethan is a religious experience. For whatever reason, smoking Elizabethan before really makes the orientals and latakia stick out in the Plum Pudding. Plum Pudding by itself is kind of boring to me. It’s more Virginia-forward than I like my Englishes being. But contrasting beforehand makes it taste excellent.
