The Lindow Man was murdered and dumped in a peat bog about 2000 years ago. He was an upper-middle class caucasian male in the prime of his life, about 25yrs old. There were no towns nearby at the time, so it's likely he was all alone and visciously set-upon by one or more people. His last meal was freshly charred bread, probably toasted over a campfire a few hours before his death.
He was bashed in the skull, choked with a garrote and had his throat slashed. Then he was dumped face-down into the bog. THE KILLER HAS NOT BEEN FOUND
The bogman could be you or me, anons.
