I can't find a single water filter that says it can get rid of pesticides and heavy metals that doesn't have a shit load of terrible reviews about how it doesn't work.
I was looking at the Sawyer S3 and loads of people getting backwash and parts of the filter breaking up into the filtered water.
What should I get so I can use it in Northern Florida?
All the rivers and water here has loads of pesticides in it, and the entire East Coast has their industrial waste flow down through our rivers. Drinking water unfiltered is an absolute no go.
Anyone got any experience with filtering absolutely inhumane water through something that is still currently sold and is man-portable?
