Big 4 ice caves is a easy, fairly well known hike with a good payout.
I think it's too early for the caves to form but there will be some glaciers and waterfalls at the end. You can make the hike harder or easier depending upon how much you want to hike/scramble over rocks (it's really easy but I've seen someone who never goes /out struggle) and if you follow the rocks/cliffs there are some more secluded areas with waterfalls.
There will be signs talking about how the glaciers/caves kill people too so it will seem dangerous/adventurous to the lady friend
