In unrelated news, I just tried out a Mora Compainion for the first time, I bought one (blue) for my gf, and liked it so much that I got one (the green) for my self. Also got a Opinel (carbon No.9) for the first time... After all of these years of being in the knife hobby, I don't know why I never gave them a shot, they are really great. Was not impressed by the Opinel's edge though, but after 10 minutes on the WE, I got it to crazy hair whittling sharp.
>>963514I would imagine so, the cross guard has a few sharp angles, and the strong of the blade (near the handle) is not that sharp, so could be used with out much worry of dulling the edge.
