I wouldn’t come here in the wet season as it’s very hot and rainy and full of crocodiles although if you’re very adventurous and willing to put up with heavy rain every day it might be ok.
If you’re going to the south of Australia like Melbourne or Tasmania there’s /out/ things to do and it’s very nice but you better book early because the cabins on routes for multi-day hikes fill up. New Zealand is another place to look into at that time. Obviously beaches are a big thing in the summer since almost all of the country lives in coastal cities.
I haven’t been to Western Australia. The middle of Australia is a desert with a big rock called Uluru in the center that’s very /out/ to get to.
