I have used a US canteen cup, but it's really annoying to attach sticks to the handles every time you need to put it over a fire. Now I have Zebra. It's cool, but the cover rattles once you take the useles inner part out. The inner part is good drinking cup for my dog when we're out but for hygienic reasons I have to listen the rattle.
