Creek chubs eat anything. Just keep it small. Fallfish too but ive caught significantly less of them (but all have been big sizes)
Suckers however are weird. I caught one on a 1/80th oz jis with some feathers on it.

I believe they'd like a piece of corn on a hook, or a nightcrawler, etc. Main thing is to keep it still because they are bottom feeders.

This spot, below a dam from a pond, is usually good for sunnies. It had some open water around where it was spilling down and flowing.

But none of those guys were hungry. Winter is weird
