If you have 1 plant, are using lots of reflectors to keep the light from escaping, and have one good LED grow light, your electric bill should be fine. You can calculate this by checking the rated wattage of the lights and adding them all together to get total watts used. Then check with your power company and see how much 1kWh costs. Then calculate how many hours a day/month you will leave the lights on then calculate that with the cost of a kWh.
For myself, with the season's plant starts, my electric bill nearly doubles. That's from $25/month to almost $50/month. Just from 16 LEDs across 500 seedlings. I could probably grow 3-5 adult pepper plants with a similar setup.
