Yeah I know, just a stock trout but still fun to catch. Couldn't find any bluegill or cruising little bass like I wanted and he was the only thing swimming around and willing to eat a fly. Glad he survived the initial stocker culling.

Trying to get the kids in my family the experience I wish I had. Got a random kid I chatted with at a pond into fly fishing. He convinced is dad to get him a cheap wal mart pole and helped him get his first bluegill that very day. Hope he's ok and still using that rod.
