Water filtration: Get two platypus bags so you can set up a nice gravity bag setup with your Sawyer mini and if you add a charcoal filter like this guy did:

Knoife: A bit on the small side, maybe a SAK will be ok for a few more tools, but I prefer a bigger knife.
Cook kit: NOICE. Maybe add a small hobo stove that will nest with what you've got for backup/small campfire.
Orange stuff: at least it'll be easy to find your stuff if you drop it.
