You will need

You'll probably need some extra warm clothes and unless you are in the southern hemisphere a light. I would also bring a book or radio.
Really no need to bring medical stuff on an over nighter unless you have speical requirments.
If I'm heading out to camp in my little local spot I little just take a sleeping bag, tarp, torch, bivy, and a book or radio. If it's chilly I'll bring a sleeping mat, but in the wamer months I just sleep in the ground. Oh and some times a flask of tea.
Where are you going camping? What weather are you likely to deal with?
Bag looks fine, I'm not a fan of military stuff, but to each their own.
