Ontario makes a lot of knives in the sub $100 range that are pretty good, like the RAT line. And of course the Kabar Becker line is really good, the BK7 and BK10 maybe your best option.
How cheap you want to go? That's the real question? If you want really cheap and still robust, look at Schrade.
