>>1282615It was Nelson Crag on Washington. Jackson to Nelson made for a trail so unpopular I had to break it out even though there wasn't fresh snow in weeks. Super long day too because it's such an indirect route but I had the place to myself until after it connected up with Huntington. It was so beautiful. Manageable with only ten point crampons and some French footwork but there are some high angle snow slopes that are more than a little nerve wracking even with an ice axe in your hand.
