also I've got a knife like the one on the left of that picture, dad got it for me from a pawn shop, doesn't have much of an edge and has "Pakistan stainless" on the side of the base of the blade, would it be safe to run this through a handheld sharpener like pic related (i have both models)
I'm very new to sharpening blades and dont want to damage it if it can't be sharpened, I haven't done the research but I've heard that stainless steel will flake if you try and sharpen it
