I must have missed that post, by built with traditional methods, I more meant no heavy equipment or crane, no air tools, no plug in tools, ect. I would be doing all lifting by hand or in the past I have fitted an engine hoist in the bed of a pickup with reasonable success. But of course chainsaws, mixers, anything I can get there in the bed of a pickup and move around by hand fine.
