I love cardinals, and they seem to appear to me in moments of reflection and decision. I'm starting to consider that they express God's will for me.
It started around the time when the wife and I were conceiving our son and cardinals made a nest in the bushes right in front of our house at basically ground level, and there were eggs in it soon after. Then I decided I was going to focus on my body and exercise and they appeared to me. I decided to quit video games and again they appear. The most recent development was when I was considering converting to Quakerism and studying the Bible and the word of Christ, and again they present themselves. It's not like it's in the same places either, I see the little guys in very unrelated areas far apart from each other, even in other states.
The cardinals are my spirit bird and I can only hope that I live up to what God expects of me.
