I’ll be up at Denali this June and I hope I can hit up Olympia sometime. Been through tons of other national forests and places. Favorites are probably Arches, Acadia, and Grand Canyon due to fond memories with friends and family.
If you go to the Black Hills, avoid Rushmore at all fucking costs. That whole area is like a road side fucking attraction. Would be okay if they didn’t charge you $25 for some shitty museum and a bunch of flags. The Black Hills are beautiful though and I’ve encountered some really strange weather there.
