>>1694388>>1694385>>1694392>Is ____ a meme.Stupid question with ambiguous inclinations. Companion planting is just another method of farming that has merits. Keep in mind that finding scientifically accurate information about companion planting is somewhat difficult. This is due to the 1,000s of internet blogs that pass around the same information while citing an uncredentialed author of a gardening book(aka book blog) or worse another internet blog as their sources. Some go so far as to use the esoteric for their reasoning; further muddling the waters.
Then when you do find correct information, it can still be lacking in instructions on how to do it properly. For instance, most people know of the "three sisters" method of companion planting, but often times they lack the timings for when to plant what in relation to the growth cycles of the other 2 plants in the method.
So, if you seek info on companion planting, make sure to do further research into why plant A should be put next to plant B. Don't simply rely on a random chart and call it a day.
