I have all the information I need at my fingertips either online or in books.
But the thing I'm having the most trouble with is experiencing it firsthand- which is what truly matters.
Is there such a thing as "adult boy scouts" training classes or something?
Most/all of my friends are very disinterested in /out/ings or even going outside and this is something I wish to experience with others, not alone.
I figured if such classes existed, I would meet aspiring people who wished to experience Nature as I do to do future activities with as well as getting firsthand experience in all the things I have read about- both of which are very important to me.
Realistically speaking, what would my options be in the probability that such classes do not exist?
