On the smoker I can both bake, and obviously smoke, everything.
For breakfast I sometimes make fresh bread (I just have some pre-mixed flour with baking soda, and mix it with water).
When I catch a fish I love smoking it. I normally just have a thing layer of dust, and fill the burner. When the burner burns out, I eat.
Downside is the weight and size of the smoker, and that it uses quiet a lot of fuel.
If I don't feel like smoking the fish, I fillet it and fry it on the trangia.
But with this setup, is almost as having a mini edition of your home-kitchen with you.
