My paper towel method doesn't appear to be working with my bell peppers or my Jalapenos I can't get any germination not sure if it's bad seeds, or just not enough hydrogen peroxide but I rarely have any problems getting stuff to germinate. Looks like one might be but all the Jalapenos didn't make it I used all the seeds from a Jalapeno not one germinated I think that was due to lack of sunlight and them staying in a damp paper towel to long with no sunlight fucking rain this time of year every day rain or clouds that block sunlight.
