As mentioned before I don't agree with dems, and especially not Republicans, but progressive candidates are some of the few people that actually address the issues of climate change in modern life (Especially when we have Republican reps throwing snowballs to show climate change isn't real). There are black sheep in politics, as mentioned in a previous comment William Ruckleshaus was part of the Nixon admin who couldn't give two shits about the environment, but Ruckleshaus pushed for the creation of the EPA. And Dems (though not corporate Democrats) like AOC, and Bernie actually address some of the issues with current day capitalism and an eco-friendly society. Do i agree with everything they say, hell no, but they actually care and that is more than I can say for literally anyone else.
