so far, breakfast will be powdered egg and cheese with some oatmeal.
lunch will be the flax seeds, but i dont know what else to do with them to make it a complete meal and to add more flavor, maybe add peanut butter but i havent decided yet
dinner will be those motherfucking amazing nongshim with the equivlant of one or maybe two powdered eggs added + those instant black beans which taste great on their own + cheese on the beans...
im thinking maybe i should add some mashed potato for dinner as well, havent decided that yet either.
but anyway, this will all be cooked in a giant ultralight nonstick pot for easy cleanup too
