The most within reason thing to do is have help, but he contradicts that with the very next stipulation of never seeing another person again as if it were possible.
Even with all the money in the world you're still reliant on giving that money to someone to get things that aren't already on your land or willing to build yourself... and even still there's only so many things one man can do.
