>>1365661I make a stew with garlic, lemon grass and a curry spice mix. Turned out very good. The meat is very similar to a tough cut of beef like the shank that's been cooked tender. I was really worried that it'd be gamey or have some funk but it was perfectly palatable. I would shoot and eat another. Pic related is it cooking.
