Pic related is what I use. The sleeping bag has a Textreme of -10°C, it's a summer sleeping bag, yet I'm comfy at -12°C with it, and that's in underwear. And the whole thing is lighter, smaller and less expensive than most -10°C rated sleeping bags alone.
