>>1706323This would be the right time of year. Summers are too hot. You'll probably go north on 15, turn off at the Moapa smoke shop and drive 8 to 10 miles on a paved road to get there. You'll see numerous rock formations with petroglyphs. There's camping there as well but I would avoid it. The last two times I camped there we ended up with assholes next to us who liked to party until 3 or 4 in the morning. The rangers never patrol the campgrounds for some reason.
