Non inlines will face the wrong way and probably fuck with the action a bunch as well as losing you some fish. And a single treble will work fine, or just replace em with fresh trebles in the same setup they have now. The single inline hooks do help cast the lures a bit further and don't get hung up on weeds n stuff so much.
