I don't like bears, they look like drunk thugs, rambling around, searching for trouble, they are obviously pretty dumb, you can tell that by their facial expression and loose body language. Vast forest areas encircled by fence has nothing to do with concentration camps, it's basically their territory they wouldn't be able to leave out of their ignorant curiosity, that causes so many troubles, they will simply reach the fence and walk backwards/anywhere else, there would be enough place fot them to wander wherever they want
