Therefore it's safe to say that transporting a kayak won't make cycling easier and transporting a bicycle won't make kayaking easier, but not you're not going /out/ for the ease of things. Maybe if the water distances dominate your route you can get away with a 20" folding bike and a strappage that requires less fabbing.
