What's the "5x" lever on the side for? I've never seen a vault shitter with one of those.

The one at the lot I ride from gets stocked/cleaned fairly regularly in the winter, but doesn't get serviced till the ground thaws out in the spring. Towards the end of the winter the cone of shit grows dangerously close to your hovering asshole.
