No one can do anything about that, that's just normal biology. If you want the exact same thing every generation, get heritage cultivars.
Carolina Reaper is a hybrid pepper (Pakistani Naga Viper x St. Vincent La Soufriere), meaning you can only get the same thing by combining two different cultivars. If either of the parent cultivars are hybrids then that opens up huge can of worms and long chain of parentage to make the end result hybrid cultivar since you have to make sure all the crosses are exact in order to get the final product.
If you buy hybrids make sure they read, "F1," in their description. If they don't explicitly read, "F1," then assume they are all, "F2," and the result of the F1's second gen or further; which won't be true to the original hybrid cross.
If you want true bred peppers every year from your own saved seeds, always buy heirloom seeds.
