How do I stop plant cuttings from withering and dying? I've got a stick insect that eats bramble. It's not difficult to get a hold of any bramble, but it would be nice if the leaves stayed nice instead of drying out and curling up. So far I'm just taking cuttings of the main stem that the leaves are growing out of and then planting the stem bit with the leaves coming out of the substrate.
