I rock a ZPacks arc blast in 52L for my 3 season backpacking up to a week.
It's a bit of a squeeze to fit everything in, but honestly that backpack feels like wearing nothing at all. Photo is not mine, my bag has extra lumbar pad and hip pockets, but illustrates the comfy back trampoline.
If you get one, be sure to add an extra 1-1.5" to your measured hip-shoulder length, since the bag will shorten when the arc is formed.
