>>1355407>no-harm hikingThe Jain "skyclad" monks wear no clothing at all, so tiny creatures aren't killed in the folds of fabric. They carry a feather broom (feathers that are shed by the bird) which is used to sweep small, sometimes not very visible insects and other tiny bugs out of the way as they walk, and then they sweep off the area they are going to sit, so as to not crush any bugs. They only eat the fruit, seeds and leaves of plants, because harvesting these does not kill the plant, usually. They don't eat root vegetables, because that kills the plant. (Pic related.)
There is nothing that you do on this earth that does not involve murdering some creature that gets in the way. If you eat only vegetable matter, the farmer drives his equipment on the ground and kills things. He might shoot or poison pests of the animal kind. When you fill up your tank with gas to drive to the trailhead, you are supporting murderous regimes that supply the product to your country, and many die to support the price of crude oil.
Tl;dr: If you don't want to kill any more animals, kill yourself.
