Already ate it.
Couldn't skin it properly, tore the poor beast in half lol. Even tho I watched a video on skinning squirrel beforehand :D
Also, the meat takes longer to cook properly than I would expect from such a small beast.
Cooked the legs, liver, kidneys and lungs.
Ps. I see squirrel hunting is a thing in the US. In Russia hardly anyone talks about it, even tho most hardcore hunters have eaten them.
Do you guys hunt squirrel mainly for meat or the pelt?
