Trust me it does sell for that. I bought an EOS M (Thats the full name, it was the first of its generation) for 140 bucks including lens and adapters, I buy phones from last year for 20€ with little defects etc.
Its a good lesson for life, anon. Landlords, sellers on ebay or used car dealers will just put in a price and the cosoomers of this generation will think "Uh it must be worth that much" when they can get away paying .. well 100$ in this case. You need to keep in mind that you will also need to keep your eyes open every other day on the websites you use to see if a new offer appeared. Thats simply how the used market works, only disadvantage is that you cant buy it raight nauw!!!!!
The alternative would be to get a newer model, used or new. Some newer used variant will sell for even cheaper somewhere sometime. I havent kept up with the market since I bought my (base) EOS M (Full name) and put magic lantern on it. That was 140€ for a complete camera set and it shoots raw video or 5k anamorphic. I only got this because I want raw video. Ergonomics is much more important if you want to take meaningful pictures, and this pentax will beat anything in that regard + it can take a fucking spear to its magnesium alloy body and not have a dent
