Anons, looking for some advice in the face of future supply chain issues.
I've been growing various things for a few years now so I have a bit of experience, but only as a hobby - now I'm interested in becoming as self sufficient as possible.
Firstly, what veggies should I add to my list?
Most of the basics I have covered already; tomato, onion, garlic, potato, capsicum, broccoli, beetroot, turnip, carrot, eggplant, peas, and pumpkin.
Second, I like carbs. Bread, pasta, rice, etc.
Let's say I have about 50 square metres of soil to work with for this, can I grow (in south australia) enough wheat or similar in order to supply a reasonable fraction of my needs?
Lastly, meat substitutes.
Is there anything relatively easy to grow that can stand in for meat in my meals?
