>>2556568at work we were just given a directive that since its ramadan we should be accomodating to our muslim coworkers and work quietly since they will be praying and wouldnt want to distract them. also we need to be more accomodating to them as they will be grumpy and tired due to fasting. lastly we are required to greet all muslim coworkers in the traditional greeting of ramadam mobarak. its ridiculous, if my employer demanded i greet christians on easter with "Christ is risen!" id also be pissed off. if you want to pray to your sky daddy do it inside your heart like a normal human instead of all these ridiculous performative actions and forcing everyone else to go along with your song and dance
