sun comes over the roof on the grass part just before noon and sets in the north-west in late evening.
i have 2 gooseberries, 2 arctic brambles (Rubus arcticus), 2 wild strawberries (Fragaria vesca) and im planning on getting a thornless blackberry.
i can turn the grass into more planting area and was thinking of putting the gooseberries out there since they got thorns. maybe put the blackberry along the north fence with the low-growing bramble around it.
thought about a grape vine aswell in the north corner where the fence meets the building. tho it gets real hot on the main building wall when the sun hits (32C [90F] when it was just 16C [60F] in the air) and im in zone 6 so would need a hardy type to survive winters.
