I can't imagine not having a pickup.
>Snowmobile (nearly every weekend through the winter)
>Motorcycle (usually when I drop the truck for service)
>Snowbike (A few times every winter)
>4x8 sheets of drywall, FRP, plywood, 2x4's (regularly lately... fucking water leak)
>Appliances/furniture (Old fireplace insert and scrap metal to the dump, tables/chairs for events)
>Parts/gear/equipment, tower sections/mounts, spools of cable (work stuff)
>Offroad-capable (factory lift, 4.56 gears, sway bar disconnect, front/rear lockers, 12k winch)
>Can tow shit (Big generators, snowmobile trailers)

SUV's are for soccer moms.
Think my next truck's going to be a medium-duty (4500 or 5500 series). Some of the trailers i've put behind this 3/4-ton have been more than a 3/4-ton should have on it. Plus, I've got ideas for a camper build, and what I want to do would severely limit my towing capabilities if I don't have at least a 15k lb axle.
