>>2730743Don't worry the grass is just a step in the master plan, going to make beds around the entire perimeter of the yard planted with pachysandra, thyme, creeping phlox, and smaller shrubs, and going to interplant bulbs with the pachysandra. Let the borders gradually grow into the lawn over time until I just have paths to mow through the lawn. But it's a lot less expensive, and much faster to get grass established than it is to buy thousands of bulbs, hundreds of flats of pachysandra, thyme, and phlox. Plus I need to stop wind erosion, and prevent the sun from baking the ground.
